This Washing/filling/capping Machine is a high efficient  for mineral water packing bottle rinsing machine, filling machine and capping machine together in one unit.

The suspending bottle-necks cramping design makes the whole production line more stable during working process and it also avoids malfunctions caused by bottle's thickness and height. This design also dramatically reduces the required number of changeable parts, makes it more convenient to change the types of bottles.

The advanced technologies from Germany and Italy are introduced. Its filling speed is fast and the liquid amount can be controlled accurately. For example, The filling and capping will stop automatically when there is no bottle.

Magnetic torque is used for screw capping, and the power of screw capping can be adjusted infinitely. It can use constant power to screw the plastic caps and will not damage the caps.

Horizontal swirl air-power cap sorting-device is used to avoid damaging the surface of the cap.

Human-machine interface touch-screen is adopted in this machine. The liquid level in the tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will stop automatically when there is no bottle.

The frequency-changing technology is used to adjust the speed infinitely. The production capacity can be displayed digitally.

All parts that have direct contact with the water are made of SUS304 material. The critical electronic components are from famous international enterprises, such as Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.
